Lamination is one of the important stages of production in Yılmaz Packaging CO. It is the process of laminating more than one semi-product foils to each other.
Materials such as PE, BOPP, Metallized film, Pearlized film, Aluminum, Polyamide, Polyester, PVC and paper can be laminated to each other. Using solvent based lamination, we can also produce full and partial Cold Seal products. Lamination prevents products coming into in contact with ink, and in certain conditions, decreases oxygen permeability.
It can stop light contact with products that may be sensitive to light as well as provides a pleasant appearance to the product. Yılmaz Packaging CO. is proud to use modern techniques providing single and multi-layered solvent lamination that meet European Standards.
